3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refunds will be considered for services that have not yet commenced. Once a project has started, refunds will not be issued.
- If a service is unsatisfactory due to our team’s oversight or failure to meet agreed-upon deliverables, we will review the case and either offer revisions or a partial refund.
- For monthly subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, content marketing), refunds can only be issued for the upcoming, unused portion of the subscription if cancellation is made prior to the next billing cycle.
Please note: Custom development services, consultancy, and project-based services are non-refundable once initiated unless there is a breach of contract.

iCreativeSOL delivers services digitally. Delivery of the final product or service will be done via email, cloud storage links, or through other online communication platforms.
- Delivery Timeframe: The estimated completion and delivery time for each service will be agreed upon during the consultation and contract phase. The average delivery timeline ranges from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the service.
- Rush Delivery: If rush delivery is requested, an additional fee may apply. Rush orders are typically completed within 2-3 business days, depending on the project’s complexity.
- International Services: Our digital services are available to clients globally with no geographic limitations.
5. Return Policy and Process
Since iCreativeSOL primarily offers digital services, the following applies:
- Due to the nature of digital goods and services, we do not accept returns.
- If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we are committed to working with you to revise the deliverables to meet your expectations.
If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverable to discuss revisions.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their projects or services under the following conditions:
- Subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, content marketing) can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle by providing a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
- Project-based services can be canceled if work has not commenced. Once the project begins, the client is liable for any work completed up to the date of cancellation, and refunds will not be issued for work already done.
